Requirements:

• Deep understanding of agile practices, test-driven development, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and operational concerns (monitoring, performance, security, GDPR).
• Strong empathy and people skills.
