Inetum Polska is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead for their Spain-based data engineering team.
The candidate should have a strong background in data engineering, data warehousing, and software development, along with proven leadership abilities.
The role requires managing workloads, mentoring team members, ensuring technical delivery, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Main tasks include team leadership and people management, technical delivery and operational oversight, and stakeholder collaboration and communication.
Responsibilities involve managing day-to-day workloads, providing mentorship, leading technical onboarding, serving as the first point of contact for escalations, ensuring quality assurance, overseeing incident management, and driving continuous improvement.
The candidate will work with technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and others.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or software development.
A minimum of 3+ years in a technical leadership role is required, with direct responsibility for managing and mentoring engineers.
Proven, hands-on experience in a service-oriented or managed operations environment is essential.
Expert-level experience with Snowflake and deep practical experience with Azure Data Factory for designing and troubleshooting data pipelines is necessary.
Mastery of SQL for complex data analysis and transformation is required.
Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident/problem management and Azure DevOps for agile development is mandatory.
Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools, particularly Azure Pipelines, is needed.
Experience leading a team within an Agile/Scrum framework is essential.
Candidates should possess conflict resolution skills to navigate technical disagreements.
