Description:

  • Join Enroute as a Technical Solutions Engineer to deliver exceptional technical experiences for enterprise customers.
  • This customer-facing role involves supporting product implementations, technical onboarding, and ongoing customer success.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Support, Solutions Engineering).
  • Strong experience with JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus) and SQL.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese (fluent) and English (C1); Spanish is a plus.
