Requirements:

• Candidates should have approximately 8+ years of experience in building and shipping production software systems.
• Previous experience in the logistics industry and a genuine interest in the field is required.
• Proven technical leadership experience is essential.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python/FastApi, Node.js/TypeScript, C#/.Net, or Java/Spring is necessary.
• Experience with frontend technologies like React.js or Vue.js is required, with a preference for candidates with heavy Python/FastApi experience.
• Candidates should have experience in building human-centered user experiences and working cross-functionally with managers, designers, and engineers.
• The ability to create self-documenting, modular, testable, and performant code is required.
• A deep understanding of the entire engineering stack, from database to UI, is necessary.
• Bonus qualifications include experience with React Native, GraphQL, DevOps, CI/CD, and knowledge in ML/LLMs.
