Description:

WP Buffs is looking for an experienced WordPress developer with good communication and customer service skills.
This role will involve working with a large number of clients through a support ticket system.
Common tasks include managing support tickets, making site edits within WordPress, performing plugin, theme, and core updates, implementing security optimizations, conducting performance optimizations, addressing down or broken sites, communicating with hosting support teams, and handling client concerns or complaints.
You will be responsible for providing first responses to client requests, confirming that the request was received and has been reviewed for completeness, as well as completing the tickets while maintaining clear communication with the client throughout the process.

Requirements:

Clear, friendly, error-free written English communication is essential.
Attention to detail is required for this position.
The ability to follow instructions is necessary.
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills are important.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional experience with WordPress websites.
Reliable internet access is a must for this role.

The starting pay is $22+ per hour, depending on skills, experience, professionalism, and availability.
There are regular pay increases with seniority.
