Description:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and services in Python.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of existing services.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment of code.
  • Implement Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) practices.
  • Monitor production services and resolve incidents to ensure high availability.
  • Improve system reliability through stress testing, logging, and metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify tooling and integration needs.
  • Advise on best practices for DevOps and backend development.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Backend and/or DevOps engineer.
  • Strong Python skills.
  • Linux experience.
  • Proficiency in Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar).
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS preferred).
  • Familiarity with containers (Docker).
