Description:

Lead the design and execution of the Agriculture portfolio, focusing on AI-enabled weather forecasting and advisory services for smallholder farmers.
Collaborate with governments, AI labs, and research institutions to scale impactful AI interventions in agriculture.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in international development, preferably in agriculture or rural development.
Proven track record of scaling organizations or programs to deliver last-mile impact at the farmer level.
Strong people management skills and experience working with Asian and/or African governments.
High emotional intelligence and ability to influence diverse partners.
Excellent communication skills and comfort with ambiguity.
Willingness to travel internationally (~20-40%).

Competitive salary range of $155,000-$170,000 per year.
