Remote AI Change Management Lead

Description:

• Lead the human side of AI transformation at ActivTrak, ensuring employee understanding and adoption of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with the AI Transformation team, Revenue Enablement, and HR to align AI change efforts with organizational initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in learning and development, organizational change management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing structured change and enablement programs.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).
• Strong written communication skills for various internal content formats.
• Ability to use data to measure and improve adoption outcomes.
• High empathy for employees adapting to new technology.
• Experience facilitating meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort in a SaaS environment.
