Description:

  • Lead the transformation of Valtech's workforce to become Experience-Led and AI-Native.
  • Develop training strategies, curriculum, and delivery mechanisms for AI-native fluency.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI-native methodologies and SDLC transformation.
  • Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with partner certification programs (Google, Microsoft, etc.).
