BPM is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join its Enterprise Technology Solutions team.
The role focuses on embedding AI tools and models into BPM’s operations to deliver real business value.
Responsibilities include designing and developing AI-powered applications such as chatbots and workflow automations.
The engineer will collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
This position involves building a new AI-focused development team and shaping its processes and standards.
Key responsibilities include model development, data engineering, AI integration, automation, collaboration, experimentation, and governance.
The role emphasizes applying responsible AI practices to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and applied AI.
Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft ecosystem tools is required.
Experience in building chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-driven automation is necessary.
Solid programming skills in Python are essential.
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a plus.
Candidates should have experience preparing datasets and building ML pipelines.
Familiarity with product development lifecycles and agile delivery practices is required.
A security-conscious mindset with knowledge of data protection best practices is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions are essential.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required to work across technical and non-technical teams.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with at least 5 years of related work experience is mandatory.
