Description:

Seeking a Developer with strong experience in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
Focus on migrating and rebuilding BAW applications, ensuring quality and timely completion.

Requirements:

Solid application development expertise and sound technical judgment.
Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
Hands-on experience with IBM BAW, including migration from Legacy Human Services to Client-Side Human Services (CSHS).
Understanding of BAW architecture and troubleshooting approaches.
Experience in process design, implementation, and modifying existing process applications.
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
Preferred: Prior client-facing consulting or enterprise experience.
