Description:

  • Manage and support cloud environments with a focus on troubleshooting, upgrades, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of cloud systems.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in cloud operations or technical support.
  • Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Ability to work 2nd shift EST hours (start at 1:00pm EST).
  • Microsoft Server administration experience (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, IIS, Remote Desktop Services).
  • Proficiency in basic scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits:

  • Pay range: $50,000-$64,000/year plus annual bonus eligibility.
