Description:

Design, develop, and evolve cloud-based messaging systems focusing on scaling and automation.
Take ownership of Confluent Kafka deployment, identifying bottlenecks and improving configurations.
Develop and test backup and disaster recovery processes.
Build scalable solutions for complex technical challenges, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Promote engineering excellence and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka deployments; Confluent Kafka experience is a plus.
Solid experience in AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, KMS, etc.).
Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Experience with other messaging solutions is a nice to have.
Proven experience in deploying, maintaining, and scaling cloud infrastructure in production environments.
