Description:

The position is for a (Senior) Azure Cloud Consultant at Public Cloud Group (PCG) in the DACH region.
The role involves consulting clients on cloud transformation using Microsoft Azure and guiding them through all project phases, including occasional on-site visits.
Responsibilities include developing scalable concepts for Azure migrations, defining roadmaps, and coordinating stakeholders.
The consultant will enhance Azure Cloud architectures and services, integrating DevOps and security solutions.
The role requires utilizing Infrastructure as Code to automate processes and implement best practices.
The consultant will take technical lead during Azure migrations and ensure quality assurance in agile teams.
Support for integration into Managed Cloud Operations and ensuring seamless operational processes is also part of the job.
The work environment offers flexibility in choosing equipment and work location, whether remote, hybrid, or in one of the offices in Austria.

Requirements:

Candidates should have approximately 3-5 years of experience in IT project management and be adept at stakeholder management using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong customer interaction skills are necessary, with the ability to advise clients in German.
Candidates must have substantial project experience with Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Microsoft Entra ID, ideally with relevant certifications.
The ability to understand complex relationships and derive precise solution steps, including data analysis using tools like DataDog, is required.

The position offers complete flexibility in work arrangements, allowing remote work, hybrid options, or working from offices in Linz and Vienna.
