Remote Cost Estimator Lead - Data Center Construction

Description:

• Seeking an experienced Cost Estimator Lead for a large-scale data center campus program.
• Focus on developing detailed civil, structural, and architectural estimates for core-and-shell facilities.
• Preferred location: San Francisco Bay Area with hybrid work schedule; remote candidates considered.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in construction estimating or cost management on large-scale capital programs.
• Strong data center or mission-critical construction experience preferred.
• Proven expertise in conceptual estimating, quantity takeoff, and cost fundamentals across CSA scopes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CostX preferred.
