Ensure reliability of GPU systems, servers, and supporting hardware through maintenance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in mission-critical hardware infrastructure, with 5+ years in a senior technical role.
Strong experience in data center operations, particularly in hyperscale or large HPC environments.
Deep knowledge of GPU systems, server platforms, and hardware diagnostics.
Proven ability to lead root cause analysis and enforce standards with vendors.
Excellent written communication skills and comfort in cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to travel 50-75% across the fleet.
