Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in GTM systems administration, with a strong focus on Salesforce.com.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level experience with Salesforce, proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), and familiarity with customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight).
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
