Description:

9th Way Insignia seeks a Cybersecurity Tools Engineer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Cybersecurity Operations and Services Enterprise (COSE) program.
The role involves engineering, configuring, integrating, and sustaining cybersecurity tools to enhance cyber resilience for VA systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years in cybersecurity tool engineering, security operations, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with tools like SIEM, vulnerability management, endpoint detection, and security configuration management.
Proficient in integrating tools, analyzing security data, and documenting configurations.
Strong troubleshooting, automation, and technical documentation skills.
