Description:

Oversee a multidisciplinary Data & Analytics team to design and build complex visualizations and analytical models.
Collaborate with operational areas to identify and deliver impactful analytical use cases, simplifying complex findings into actionable recommendations.
Analyze large volumes of transactional, operational, and customer data using various data tools and platforms.
Work in a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical.

Requirements:

Degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences).
Minimum 8 years of industry experience in advanced analytics.
Experience in applying analytical techniques for operational improvements and supervising analytics or engineering roles.
Ability to think abstractly, solve problems, and handle ambiguity.
Strong leadership qualities to shape and develop the team’s future.
Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and time management skills.
Advanced competency in analytical software (e.g., R, SAS), data visualization tools (e.g., Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI), database management tools (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Neo4J), and programming languages (e.g., VBA, C++, Java, Python).
