Remote Data Engineer – Audio Datasets - JT AI Labs (M/F/D)

Description:

• Design and build data foundations for audio collection activities, from raw recordings to client datasets.
• Manage audio storage on AWS, including bucket design, encryption, and lifecycle rules.
• Develop audio processing jobs and quality control pipelines.
• Ensure dataset delivery pipeline meets client specifications and complies with GDPR and EU AI Act.
• Analyze datasets for quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in building and running data pipelines in production.
• Proficient in Python, with experience in audio processing and AWS services.
• Familiar with data protection requirements and strong focus on data quality and traceability.
• Professional proficiency in English; bilingual in French is a plus.
