Remote Data Operations Engineer

Description:

• Join Sword Health as a Data Operations Engineer to support client integration into AI healthcare solutions.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate data through monitoring, validating, and maintaining data pipelines for healthcare data.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of healthcare data (eligibility, medical claims, pharmacy claims).
• Experience with data governance and compliance, particularly with PHI and HIPAA regulations.
• Proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data integration workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in a data-centric role preferred.
