Bounteous is seeking a Data Solutions Lead to drive growth in the Consumer Business Unit, focusing on Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, and Consumer Goods.
The role involves client-facing solutioning, pre-sales support, and technical delivery leadership, with approximately 50% billable involvement in client programs.

Requirements:

Significant experience in data consulting or professional services, emphasizing client-facing solutioning and pre-sales support.
Strong background in architecting data solutions using platforms like Databricks or Snowflake, and experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ability to communicate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in fast-paced consulting environments and comfort with hands-on involvement.

Competitive salary range of $180,000 - $240,000, based on experience and qualifications.
