Description:

  • Lead the adoption of emerging AI technologies at Code for America, ensuring alignment with organizational values and workforce obligations.
  • Author and manage the AI Acceptable Use Policy, guiding teams in responsible AI tool experimentation.

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in IT, compliance, security, or organizational change.
  • Proven ability to draft and manage technology governance policies and communicate them to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and best practices in AI governance and data privacy.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in training or enablement programs.

Benefits:

  • Salary range of $128,945 to $157,850 annually.
