Description:

Lead a remote engineering team (7-8 members) focused on email security products (Imunify Email & Email Gateway).
Responsible for product delivery, technical direction, and team growth in a hands-on lead role (60% leadership, 40% engineering).

Requirements:

5+ years as a software engineer, with 2+ years in a leadership role (team lead, tech lead, or engineering manager).
Strong Linux background; proficient in Go and/or Python; experience with distributed backend services.
Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Kibana) and AI-assisted development workflows.
Professional proficiency in English and availability to work EU hours.
