Remote Enterprise Senior Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Partner with Sales to provide technical leadership throughout the sales process.
• Identify and demonstrate innovative solutions to solve complex business challenges for high visibility customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to inform sales and solution delivery strategy.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in PreSales Solutions Engineering or related field in SaaS and enterprise B2B software.
• Strong critical thinking skills and experience in analyzing complex problems.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies (CWM, DAM, MAM, ECM, WCM, CMS, PIM).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration to support customer journeys.
