Remote Solutions Engineer Lead

Description:

• Lead and elevate Moxie's migrations function, ensuring efficient onboarding of new providers to the platform.
• Collaborate across Ops, Engineering, Product, Practice Success, and Sales to streamline migration processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing operational systems in fast-paced environments.
• Technical understanding of data operations, including data mapping and ETL processes.
• Experience managing implementation or migrations teams in a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or healthtech.
• Strong people management skills with a focus on developing team members.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Calm and structured approach to operational challenges and errors.
