Description:

Work directly with prospects and customers to understand technical challenges and demonstrate solutions.
Develop trusted relationships and guide customers through the evaluation process in a collaborative role with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Requirements:

5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or related role, or a BS in Computer Science with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
Passion for Argo, Kargo, and the cloud-native ecosystem (Kubernetes, Terraform).
Excellent communication skills for crafting compelling product demonstrations.
Enjoy engaging with customers to build relationships and support evaluations.
Eager to collaborate with Sales on go-to-market strategies.
Nice to have: Knowledge of Argo CD, Kargo, and/or open-source enterprise sales.
