Description:

  • Join Gong as a Lead Solution Engineer to help revenue teams leverage AI for strategic business initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, ensuring they achieve desired business outcomes with Gong's platform.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of customer-facing experience in a solution engineering role or relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with sales technology (CRMs, cloud architecture) and understanding of AI & ML concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
