Description:

Join SwiftConnect as a Solutions Engineer to bridge customers and products, translating technical concepts into business value.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Product teams to support technical engagements and drive successful implementations.

Requirements:

3–6 years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong technical foundation with APIs, cloud platforms, and SaaS integrations.
Experience with scripting or programming languages (Python, JavaScript).
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in Customer Experience roles.
Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
