Description:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients using Onit’s suite of products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product functionality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in advanced customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Ruby programming and knowledge of Python.
  • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and business process automation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
