Description:
Drive growth and deliver value-driven solutions related to Novara’s sustainability and environmental software.
Support sales campaigns and contribute to product enhancement through technical expertise and strategic thinking.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS.
2+ years of experience in the Sustainability, Environmental, or ESG software space.
Deep technical expertise in SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and technical sales tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Sales mindset to align Novara's value proposition with prospects’ pain points.
Previous experience in document generation and business process automation is a plus.
Benefits:
Annual Base Salary Range of CA$123,000 – CA$165,000.
Annual On Target Earnings of CA$164,000 – CA$192,000.
