Description:

  • Nylas specializes in APIs for email, calendar, and contact management, facilitating secure and effective integration for developers.
  • The Sr. Solutions Engineer will work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technical solutions that enhance customer adoption and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and cloud/SaaS integrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple customer engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science) preferred.

Benefits:

  • Estimated total OTE (base + variable) range of $100,000 - $145,000 CAD with a competitive commission plan.
