Remote Solutions Engineer (Senior)

Description:

• Serve as a key technical partner throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle for Worth AI's compliance platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure successful outcomes for financial institutions and fintechs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation within FinTech, RegTech, or B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React.
• Working knowledge of AI technologies in FinTech, particularly KYB, KYC, AML, or fraud detection.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, etc.).
