Description:

  • Guide customers through the technical and product aspects of their FluentStream journey.
  • Conduct live demos, support product adoption, and facilitate customer-facing webinars.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, etc.).
  • UCaaS experience required.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with CRM and support tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and partner visits.
