Description:

  • Join Grafana Labs as a Senior Solutions Engineer, focusing on customer engagement and technical expertise.
  • Work with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition and support customer success through demos and technical presentations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with a technical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be located on the West Coast of the US and able to collaborate with a remote international team.
