Description:

  • Engage with customers daily and deliver system usage training at customer sites.
  • Provide experimental design, data analysis, logistical, and troubleshooting support across the region.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the customer and the company.
  • Collaborate scientifically with customers to develop their research utilizing 10x technologies.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, genomics, or genetics.
  • Knowledge and experience with NGS workflows and data analysis software.
  • Proficiency in common molecular biology and histology techniques.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Benefits:

  • Base pay range: $92,400 - $125,000 USD, dependent on skills and experience.
  • Eligibility for equity grants, comprehensive health and retirement benefits, and annual bonus programs.
