Description:

  • Redapt seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize agentic AI solutions for clients.
  • The role involves writing production Python code, engaging with clients, and enhancing AI workloads for better ROI.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a technical, client-facing role with a software engineering background.
  • Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LLMs, including agent development and deployment at scale.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients in both technical and non-technical terms.
  • Familiarity with Azure Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and the Anthropic/Claude platform.
