Description:
- Join ServiceNow's Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team to build intelligent, scalable AI solutions for enterprise customers.
- Act as a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE), owning backend services, LLM pipelines, and front-end integrations to deliver solution-ready builds.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
- 3+ years of experience building production ML/AI systems end to end.
- Proficiency in LLM application development, including prompt engineering and vector databases.
- Strong knowledge of ML foundations and system architecture.
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with MLOps/DevOps practices and responsible AI implementation.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for onsite customer engagement.
