Remote Founding GTM AI Engineer

Description:

• Revic is an AI-native sales acceleration engine designed to enhance the effectiveness of sales professionals by managing complexity and allowing them to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
• The Founding GTM AI Engineer will collaborate with the CEO, Head of Revenue, and Head of Engineering to create systems that convert customer conversations and GTM data into automated actions throughout the organization.
• This role is pivotal in ensuring that insights from Revic are utilized effectively, driving real-time responses across GTM, product, and engineering teams.
• Responsibilities include building intelligence-driven systems, triggering GTM actions automatically, extending GTM signals beyond GTM, and operating as a founding builder within the company.
• The role is critical for operationalizing GTM data, ensuring that sales insights inform product and engineering decisions, and enabling leadership to act swiftly with less manual effort.

• Bonus qualifications include experience with conversation intelligence or call data, a background in RevOps, Product Ops, or Growth, and experience in early-stage, zero-to-one environments.
