Inetum is looking for a Back-End Engineer to join their growing development team.
The role involves contributing to the creation of modern, cloud-native applications that support clients’ digital transformation journeys.
Candidates should be passionate about building scalable systems, writing clean code, and working in collaborative environments.
Main responsibilities include analyzing, contributing to the design, and developing the back end of cloud-native web applications and APIs.
The engineer will guarantee the accurate development of projects against business requirements.
They will contribute to defining and disseminating software development best practices and the use of continuous integration practices.
The role requires building efficient, testable, and reusable components.
The engineer will also contribute to positive team dynamics by helping team members grow as professionals in an open, creative, and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
Experience in back-end development using Java, Spring, SpringBoot, Spring Batch, Apache Camel, and Jasper reports is necessary.
Knowledge of API and cloud technologies and tools such as APIGEE, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and scalability is essential.
Familiarity with middleware tools like IBM MQ, CFT, and Apache Kafka is required.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools, including Scrum/Kanban, Shift Left/TDD/BDD, DevSecOps, and CI/CD is necessary.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
A French speaker will be highly appreciated.

The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for 50% remote and 50% on-site work.
