Remote Lead Backend Engineer

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 10+ years of development experience with backend technologies, including modern backend architecture such as microservices.
• Significant development experience with C# and .NET is required.
• Experience in building and deploying solutions on cloud services, preferably Azure, is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience designing, building, and deploying scalable, distributed applications using independent services, focusing on APIs, containers, cloud platforms, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience contributing to AI/ML-enabled products, including integrating ML models or AI services into production backend systems, is essential.
• Experience collaborating with ML/AI specialists to translate models into scalable, reliable backend solutions is required.
• Team leadership and management experience is necessary.
• Candidates should be fast learners with a can-do attitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Self-sufficiency, proactivity, and comfort in working collaboratively on remote projects are important.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• A degree in computer science or equivalent is necessary.
