Remote Lead Data Engineer

Requirements:

• Strong experience in building and maintaining production data pipelines.
• Proficient in Python for data engineering, not just scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow in a production environment.
• Experience with AWS services, including S3 and managed services.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with analytical warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Experience operating across multiple environments (dev/staging/production).
• Ability to mentor others through code reviews and design discussions.
• Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes, DevOps practices, analytics, external API integration, and improving data reliability.
