Description:

Lead the technical direction and execution of HiddenLayer’s AI Attack Simulation product.
Collaborate with Product Management and Security Research to define product strategy and translate adversarial AI techniques into product capabilities.
Establish an AI-first product development workflow and mentor engineers to enhance technical and product ownership.

Requirements:

10+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership in complex production systems.
Strong backend, distributed-systems, and cloud-native engineering experience.
Proven experience in building AI-first product development workflows and leading teams towards ownership of customer problems.
Proficiency in Go and at least one additional language (Python, Rust, Java, TypeScript).
Cybersecurity product experience or related experience in offensive security, attack simulation, or penetration testing.
