Description:

  • Join LangChain to help customers build fluency with agent engineering and the LangSmith platform through training and technical content.
  • Design and deliver workshops, create enablement assets, and streamline team operations while acting as the voice of the customer.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience building LLM/agent applications and designing agent architectures.
  • 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role with experience in delivering workshops and creating training materials.
  • Strong Python skills and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
