The Lead ML Engineer will lead a team of 1-3 ML Engineers, oversee their work, and ensure goal attainment.
Responsibilities include designing, building, evaluating, and improving Sword’s products through hands-on AI/ML development.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning.
Previous experience in building and leading a team, nurturing morale, and supporting career growth is required.
Experience in leading complex projects from ideation to completion is necessary.
Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining production machine learning systems is essential.
Solid experience in SQL and Python, along with experience in developing production software, is required.
Candidates should have experience providing technical oversight and mentoring colleagues.
The ability to learn quickly and dive deep into new problems is crucial.
Strong communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are necessary.
