Description:

  • Lead testing, release validation, and AI conversation quality for the Alivo platform.
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites, manually validate features, and ensure high-quality releases.

Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years of QA, software testing, or product operations experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to identify edge cases and customer experience issues.
  • Experience with bug reporting and testing documentation; familiarity with fast-paced startup environments.
