Description:

- Collaborate with a small AI team to improve model behavior, personalization, and training cycles for real-world applications.
Requirements:
- Experience in post-training open-weight LLMs for user-facing products.
- Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face with hands-on GPU training.
- Ability to build training data and evaluations, and work with uncensored models.
- Strong fine-tuning experience and capability to transition work from notebooks to production.
