Smarsh empowers customers to manage risk in digital communications, serving over 6500 organizations in regulated industries.
The SMB Platform Engineering team is responsible for the reliability and automation of the infrastructure for Smarsh's SMB Product, transitioning to cloud infrastructure.
As a Level 3 Platform Engineer, you will design, deliver, and operate infrastructure automation and platform tooling across on-premises and cloud environments.

Requirements:

4–7 years of experience in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code tooling (Ansible, Terraform), and Linux systems administration.
Experience with GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and VMware vSphere in production.
Ability to self-direct projects, strong communication skills, and familiarity with compliance-sensitive infrastructure.
Preferred: Experience with Datadog, Splunk, ELK, ArgoCD, Flux, Jenkins, Python scripting, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).

Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000, with potential bonuses.
