Description:

Join Bioptimus as a Platform Engineer to build a self-service data platform for biological datasets.
Focus on creating infrastructure that enables researchers to access and process data independently.

Requirements:

3–5+ years of production platform or infrastructure experience.
Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and familiarity with Kubernetes/Helm.
Solid knowledge of object stores, relational databases, and modern storage formats.
Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster, Airflow).
Strong software engineering skills in Python or similar languages.
Security-aware engineering practices, implementing access control in code.
A platform-as-a-product mindset to build self-serve capabilities.
