Description:
- Build Moxie's practice intelligence capability by transforming raw data into actionable insights.
- Deliver insights for client-facing materials, retention conversations, and strategic discussions.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in consulting, startup, or early BizOps roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in building frameworks or methodologies from scratch.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for data analysis and synthesis.
- Ability to earn cross-functional credibility and navigate ambiguity.
